RESIDENTIAL PROJECT STORY

English Gray estate restoration.

A complex property scope that moved beyond the roof to coordinate designer shingles, copper, water management, engineering, and finish work.

THE PROJECT

Persistence backed by documentation.

According to the project history provided by the Monument team, the roof had been denied three times before the scope advanced with engineering involvement. The completed restoration brought the roofing and exterior details into one coordinated plan.

COORDINATED RESTORATION
