Jonathan has built his career where property strategy, field execution, sales leadership, and customer advocacy meet. His public and company project history represents more than 5,000 personal career projects and more than 10,000 installations across the roofing companies and teams connected to his operating career.
He founded Monument to create the roofing company he believes significant properties require: prepared before the first meeting, accountable through every handoff, comfortable coordinating complex scopes, and committed to leaving behind a useful record of the work.
