RESIDENTIAL PROJECT STORY

Antique Slate brick estate restoration.

A large-scale restoration connecting designer roofing, copper details, water management, engineering, and painting under one coordinated property scope.

THE PROJECT

Three denials did not end the story.

According to the project history provided by the Monument team, the roof had been denied three times and required engineering involvement before the restoration moved forward. The result was a complete property plan rather than a shingle-only replacement.
